Tigran Ter-Martirosyan

Tigran Ter-Martirosyan is a Partner at TIVACO Experts in Singapore with over 15 years of experience in Singapore, London, and Moscow. He specializes in business, share and option valuation, intangible assets, damages, and accounting issues in international arbitration and litigation.

He has acted as an expert witness and adviser in cases under SIAC, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, SCC, UNCITRAL, and ICSID rules, and in litigation across Singapore, the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Cyprus, Bermuda, and the Cayman Islands, providing both written and oral testimony.

His expertise includes shareholder and joint venture disputes, post-M&A and private equity matters, IP infringements, contract terminations, warranty breaches, reputational damages, and investor–state arbitration. Beyond dispute work, Tigran has carried out valuations for M&A, mediation, restructuring, financial reporting, tax, and management incentive schemes across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
